
Pillsbury Biscuit Bruschetta Waffle with Balsamic Drizzle Recipe
Do you ever have those mornings where the thought of eating something sweet for breakfast just makes your teeth hurt? LOL! I don’t know about you, but lately the thought of eating something like french toast with maple syrup, just makes me cringe. I think I’m going through a phase or something..but I am the queen of sugaraholics..but for some reason the thought of something sweet, just makes me feel sick. So…NO…I didn’t even raid the kids Halloween buckets this year!
The other day, my husband Pete was making a BLT melt sandwich using our George Foreman grill when I got the brilliant (I think anyway ;) idea to put together a tomato, basil and mozzarella stuffed waffle using Pillsbury biscuits.
Ingredients:
- Pesto
- Roma Tomatoes
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Can of Pillsbury Biscuits
- 1/4c Balsamic Vinegar (Drizzle)
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar (Drizzle)
