Lemon Berry Spritzer Mocktail Recipe

You know how Lemonade is the (un)official drink of Summer? Well my friend, this is about to change. Trust me when I say this Lemon Berry Spritzer is going to become your go-to drink during the hot days.

It’s like a lemonade but better, it’s like a spritzer but better, it’s family friendly (yes, my friends no alcohol in this one!) and it’s extremely refreshing and bubbly + it’s super easy to make, and we all know that the less time we have to spend in the kitchen during Summer the better, more time to be spent outdoors after all!

And can we talk about how beautiful it is? This is one of those things that looks just as good as it tastes and that’s perfect for a party or get together. But since it’s so fast and easy to make you can whip it up on any weekday.

Oh, and the kids love this one. So it’s a great cool down drink to make with them (or for them) after they spent the whole day doing activities outside, they are going to love the hint of bubbliness this lemonade has.

However, for me the secret to make it look so good is the little raspberry decoration on top of the glass! It’s one of those little details that really elevate this drink. You just need a toothpick and a raspberry and that’s it. Super duper easy.

For the raspberries, you can use fresh ones or frozen ones. The fresh ones provide a ton more of flavor but the frozen ones make this recipe even more refreshing so both options work perfectly good. You can even use a combination of both – fresh and frozen ones – to get the best of both worlds.
