5 Ingredient No Bake Blueberry Lemonade Pie

I just looked at the calendar this morning and realized school is almost out for summer! In less than seven weeks my kids will be in 7th grade & 5th grade? OMG, where did this year go? I swear it was just Christmas!

The good news about summer being just around the corner is that blueberries are about to be in season, and I don’t know about you..but I love blueberries. And you know what I love even more than blueberries? No bake pies! LOL. Yup, it’s true. Anytime I can whip up a delicious recipe without having to turn my oven on in the Texas summer heat is a definite win for me!

Below I’m sharing the No Bake Blueberry Lemonade Pie which is slightly modified from this recipe found on FoodNetwork. You can definitely make this pie without the blueberries and it is just as delicious, I personally like to add fruit to my pies…it makes it feel more like a health food that way ;)



  • 1 Can Frozen Lemonade (thawed)
  • 1 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Pre-made Pie Crust (or mini crusts)
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup blueberries

How to make Lemonade Pie


Pour condensed milk into mixing bowl


Pour entire can of frozen lemonade into the bowl with the condensed milk and mix until combined thoroughly


Fold in entire container of Cool Whip and mix until smooth

(You may want to use a mixer)


Add 3/4 cup Blueberries to the mix (save the rest for the topping!)


Pour batter into pie crusts & freeze for at least 4 hours
