Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter 3 Ingredient Drop Cookies Recipe
I am a little late to the game in finding out how freaking delicious Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter is…and for those of you who have known this fact and not shared it with me sooner…how dare you! It wasn’t until my brother-in-law turned me onto Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter did I realize I had been missing some so delicious…my entire life!
For those of you who haven’t tasted Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter, imagine a creamy spread that taste like buttery graham crackers…it’s heaven in your mouth, or on a spoon, or on a cupcake…don’t judge! ;)
Anywho, I whipped up this little recipe that ONLY takes 3 ingredients and makes the tastiest cookies using Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter, flour and 2 eggs!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Preheat Oven to 375
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until all lumps are out. It will be a thick paste consistency. Then drop them onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. The key here is not let them overcook, otherwise they will be dry!
I didn’t have any expectations regarding that name,
but the longer I was astonished. The author did a terrific job.
I spent a couple of minutes reading and assessing the facts.
Everything is crystal clear and understandable.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace.
