Stuffing Stuffed Turkey Burger w/ Cranberry Mayo
You GUYS! I just had the BEST turkey burger ever! You should know that I’m not a huge turkey burger gal because I always find it’s VERY dry…and doesn’t taste like much. BUT, I just thought of a way to infuse some taste and juiciness!
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/2 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Prepare stuffing mix according to package
3. Dice Onions and mince garlic
4. Add onions and garlic to ground turkey in a mixing bowl
5. Mix until combined
6. Once stuffing is prepared and cooled it’s time to form the patties!
7. Create a thin patty of ground turkey
8. Use a spoon to put stuffing on the turkey burger
9. Create another thin patty on top of the stuffing and form patty
10. Put oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat
11. Brown patties on each side
12. Once browned put the entire skillet in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until ground turkey is full cooked.
While the burgers were in the oven, I simmered cranberries in orange juice, apple juice and sugar until I had a nice sauce.
Then I topped the burger off with some mayo and pour the cranberries on top! DELICIOUS!
