Pottery Barn Coastal Inspiration Living Room on a Budget

We may have had the biggest snowstorm of the year this week, but that hasn’t stopped me from dreaming about coasting living and the beach! I got a new Pottery Barn Catalog in the mail this week and was just day dreaming about warmer days! It inspired me to recreate this Pottery Barn Coastal Living Room on a budget!

As always I got to use my favorite Pottery Barn Knock off couch, the Ektorp 2+2 Sofa from Ikea priced at only $799. They best thing about this sectional is that it comes with a slipcover, which means you can take it off and wash it at anytime..this is especially handy when you have kids, pets..or a husband for that matter ;)

I also found this Threshold Aqua Blanket priced at $24.99 at Target! It looks so similar to the one the photo and gives off a nice beachy vibe.

Target was also home to this cute Starfish pillow priced at $24.99 & the tan pillow I spotted at Ikea for only $13.00!

I scoured the Etsy site for a set of Black & White Coastal prints and found this set of 8 priced at $48.00. Now I wanted to let you know that you can easily make these with a printer and some personal photos or using free stock photo sites!

Next up was the Vases. I found the set of 3 glass vases at Ikea for $14.99 and the Mercury Glass Pot Belly Vase at Origin Crafts for only $11.00.

All in all, this entire living room costs less that $1,000…we rang in at $951 dollars for the entire look! This is just proof that if you can be a little imaginative you can have great classic style on a budget.
