Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs – Only 3 Ingredients!
I’m back with a brand new 3 Ingredient Recipe! For those of you just finding my website, you need to know that I am a busy mom who does not have a lot of time to cook meals, not only that..but I kinda hate cooking! So every chance I get, I love to try out easy peasy and budget friend 3 ingredient meals and then share them with you!
Today I adapted this Maple Dijon Chicken recipe found here to only include the basics…and guess what..this meal was VERY flavorful and it was a hit with the whole family!
All you need is some Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard and boneless chicken thighs! Take 1/3 cup of Maple Syrup & 1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard, mix in a bowl and dump over chicken breast.
In order to get the maple dijon marinade to permeate the chicken, I used my handy dandy meat tenderizer to puncture holes in the skin.
Then bake in over for 30-40 minutes at 425 degrees, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Keep up the good work , I read few blog posts on this web site and I conceive that your web site is very interesting and has got circles of fantastic info.
