If you are looking for an easy peasy dinner that your kiddos will love, I’ve got one for you in today’s recipe! All you need are chicken strips, ranch dressing & Townhouse crackers!
The first thing you are going to want to do is pour the bottle of ranch dressing in a bowl/ or plate for dipping and crush up your crackers. I used approximately 1.5 sleeves of crackers to completely coat the amount of chicken I have shown in the photo above. I don’t have a food processor, so I just crushed em by hand the good old fashioned way..in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin!
Next you’ll want to get your dipping station ready! You should have your plate of chicken strips, a bowl of ranch dressing & the crushed up crackers.
Then you are going to take a chicken strip, coat it entirely in ranch dressing and then cover it in crushed cracker crumbs. Place in glass dish
You’ll then want to put them in the oven at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
